🛒 Ordering

What is the cut-off time for Next Day Delivery?

  • Order(s) paid and confirmed before 2pm -> Next working day delivery.

  • Order(s) paid and confirmed after 2pm -> Following working day delivery.

How to know if my order has been confirmed? 

  • Upon successful payment verification, you will receive an order confirmation from us.

Can I amend/cancel my order? 

  • As our standard order processing is Next Day Delivery, once you've received the order confirmation from us, no further changes/cancellation can be made.

Can I pre-order in advance instead? 

  • Absolutely!

  • Advanced Order are order(s) placed at least 3 days in advance.

  • Simply select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

  • Alternatively, you can reach us (via our different contact methods) to place your advanced order.

  • Any changes to Advanced Order must be notified to us at least 48 hours before delivery date.

    • E.g Delivery date: 1st December 2025.

    • Any modification of order has to be informed to us latest by 28th November 2025, 11.59pm.

🛒 Payment

What payment methods do you accept? 

  • We recommend payment via PayNow (+65 9368 8202 - Joyous Chicken SG), ​​

    • No additional fees chargeable.

    • Kindly input your Order Number in your PayNow"Reference" field when making the payment.

    • Once payment has been done, kindly also send us a screenshot via WhatsApp to (+65) 9368 8202 for payment verification.​

  • We also accept payment via Mastercard /Visa credit/debit cards. ​

    • For payment via Stripe (Mastercard/Visa), there will be a 3.4% + S$0.50 fee applicable to your total bill.

❄️ Packing of Orders

How are the order(s) packed? 

  • Fresh poultry orders are freshly packed on the day of delivery.

  • Marinated chicken are freshly prepared on the day of delivery.

  • Orders are then sealed in airtight packaging to retain freshness and packed in our exclusive Joyous Chicken Waterproof Cooler Bag!

❄️ Other Inquiries?

I've bought the wrong product. Can I return the item(s)? 

  • Due to hygiene and safety reason, we strictly do not accommodate return of any products that has been delivered.

 

What if I have an issue with my order (missing item)? 

  • Our orders are processed and packed carefully, ensuring freshness and quality of goods, as well as accuracy of order.

  • However, should you face any issue, please do contact us (via our different available contact methods) during our operational hours. 

  • Our team will attend to it at the soonest.
